Within only a twenty minute drive to Kuta and a twenty-five minute drive to the airport, Villa Verde is well positioned in this highly sought-after Seminyak area.
Established in 2012, Villa Verde is a fully self-contained, private two-storey villa that meets high standards in quality accommodation. The villa consists of three large bedrooms, four spacious bathrooms, two living areas and a full size western kitchen. The villa is of a contemporary design and features tropical garden, beautiful waterfall and crystal clear swimming pool. With ample reclining sun deck chairs and a bale’ for reading, relaxing or enjoying sunset drinks, you are sure to relax and enjoy an unforgettable Bali villa experience at Villa Verde.
Entry to this tropical abode is gained by walking over stepping stones through a tranquil fish pond with lotus plants. The entrance hall is large and steeped in light with the use of frameless glass leading out to the pool area. The living area is designed to bring the outside in, with use of frameless glass sliding doors leading to the pool and garden. Featured in the living area is a comfortable contemporary lounge suite with flat screen television and DVD player. Enjoy music from home with the provided iPod Dock.
Villa Verde has a fully equipped western kitchen with state of the art appliances. The kitchen features a cook top, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, stainless steel double fridge with bottled water and an ice dispenser. Complete quality crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils are available for guests use. Dine at the villa around a solid teak dining table and chairs which comfortably accommodate eight adults. You can truly experience all the comforts of home during your stay at Villa Verde.
Villa Verde comfortably accommodates six adults. The master bedroom is situated downstairs with sliding glass doors to access the private pool. Adjoining the bedroom is an outdoor garden ensuite bathroom with double vanity basins, large mirror, rain shower and a deep freestanding bath. Features of the bedroom include a dark wood king bed which can be converted in to 2 singles, custom built-in wardrobe with safety box, dressing table and magnified makeup mirror. Also included is cable television on a flat screen television, DVD player, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The marble floor tiles and window furnishings are of the highest standards.
The second and third bedrooms are positioned upstairs and both have large en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom consists of a King size bed which can be converted into two singles and the other bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms enjoy a large private balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the pool. All features of the master bedroom can also be found in bedroom two and 3. An extensive collection of Ubud art can be found throughout the bedrooms and living areas.
